Ambulatory Care Patients

Ambulatory care patientes are treated at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Ambulatory care is used for small procedures such as biopsies or removal of small lumps/bumps & toenails. Some patients may also be seen in Ambulatory care after their surgery for wound care. There are no sedating or narcotics used in ambulatory care but patients are still advised to have a friend or family member to drive them home.
